By that logic I suppose Manchester United is American, Manchester City is Arabic and Chelsea is Russian too, regardless and completely ignorant of the fact that they all play in England, in an English league, in English cup competitions and don't use any first team players from their 'respected countries'.

I'm a Swedish guy and if that is a Russian TVR then I'm fucking John Dillinger, Wyatt Earp and Doc Holiday at the same damn time! TVR is as british super sports car and the owner matters piss! Then Saab And Volvo would be American. Lamborghini would be German as well as Bugatti.

Its because a little while back Russia bought out TVR from england....Sad its not blackpool anymore....sad its nor privately owned either...sad its not Hand made either....sad...just sad that such an AMAZING piece of england isnt apart of it anymore...I cant get one in the united states without dumping an asston of time and effort into legalizing the machine...I want one so bad.

He is saying its Russian because hes mistaking this Mk1 Tuscan with the Mk2 Tuscan which was built by TVR under the ownership of Nikolai Smolenski who bought the company in 2004. 2 years after this particular Tuscan was built in Blackpool (BRITISH) under the ownership of the late Peter Wheeler :(
