Classicxstyle, I use Blisterblock on my feet right now because it really helps prevent blisters even if your feet still feels tender from the pressure, but I heard that body glide is even better! You can pick this up at any runner's or sporting goods store! I personally find that gel pads mush around but don't really help to absorb shock so I much prefer shoe petals! Hope this helps and happy stepping ;)

Good advice. My wife wears 6.5 scream heels by Devious for work, and drives in them! Never seen anyone walk so normally as she does weather on hard ground or grass, although she does tend to sink lol! Glad im a guy really!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just bought a pair of 2 1/2 inch heels. and for some reason .. the pain on the ball of my foot is excruciating..

i tried gel pads.. felt worse..

maybe ill try the foot petals
