This is one of the most thoughtful and articulate descriptions of three stage Kripalu Yoga written and choreographed by Christopher Baxter. This 1993 demonstration was in honor of Gurudev's (yYogi Amrit Desai's) 60th birthday. The yogis in the demonstration are Jayant (Bradley Tryon) Rajen (Scott Morley) Ramdas, Murali, Vinai (Tom Gillette) and Justis Hatch.
