Cheap homemade oil globe vaporizer (First try)

It' s my first attempt to use my invention (hum!) but it failed because i was to impatient and i did not wait for my butane torch.
Sinds it' s a little bit hard for an european to buy in aqualabs (credit card, usa, price,...)
I looked for a cheap alternative to this item at 75$ (52eur) : http://www.aqualabtechnologies.com/vapor-globe-set-18-mm.html
So after my research i found those items (for 18.8):

ill never understand y people think its efficient to heat something that dissipates heat quickly AND THEN put what you are smoking on there. y not just buy a heating element that acts as the nail/glass part? ie. woodburner or specialized tool for weed smoking like i have XP

My friend has a pretty sick bowl that is an actual bowl with hole near the lip and you pool the oil in the bowl part and the smoke get sucked in through the holes up top. good shit

@rastapasta64 That's why lots of people use Titanium. It retains heat for at least 30 seconds if its thick. However, you wouldn't want to do that with weed. Just full melt concentrated cannabis oils. Wands don't work for oils, the small heating elements just make the oil run away. You actually need a surface to heat up, for the oil to pool up on and boil to nothing. As I said, grade 2 titanium works best, and doesn't release toxic chemicals at high temps.
