@Shoe3003 Sounds to me like the instrumentation was upgraded on the CD version compared to the original cart version. Like this song for example, which sounds more "synthy" on cart.

it sounds like enhanced Genesis synth, but yeah the Neo Cd version was the same as the cartridge version except for the odd fact that some songs were downgraded to monaural, which makes no sense when you have almost 700 MB of space on the disc
