La exhibición de atrocidades es una novela de ciencia ficción de J. G. Ballard perteneciente al sub género del Cyberpunk , escrita en el año 1970. Considerada muchas veces como una novela experimental, formada por "micronovelas" o "novelas condensadas" que en conjunto exponen las diferentes formas de violencia irracional del mundo moderno, la tecnificación de las relaciones humanas y las diferentes formas de terror post nuclear.

The Atrocity Exhibition is an experimental collection of "condensed novels" by British writer J. G. Ballard. Originally published in 1970. The stories describe how the mass media landscape inadvertently invades and splinters the private mind of the individual. Inner and outer landscapes seem to merge together, as the ultimate goal of the protagonist is to start World War III, "though not in any conventional sense" - a war that will be fought entirely within his own mind.
