Demi: She was. Joe saved her.
Nick: How'd he know?
Selena: I called him.

Nick: I'm sorry I got mad at you. We'll buy a house.
Selena: We already have one.
Nick: We are not living with my mother.
Selena: no we own that house! (points) Joe and Demi bought it for us.
Nick: what? You guys! (hugs them) Thank you.
Demi: no its fine really.
Nick: We just need furniture.
Selena: And some paint. This baby is going to be so spoiled.
Nick: he is going to be a miracle.
Joe: He?
Nick: I have a feeling it'll be a boy.
S&D: Okay.
Selena: Whatever you say.
