I do believe that the Charlie in that video happens to be that of Charlie Rose, who is now at Bloomberg Television and PBS.

@JimHawkwind03411 KNBC, WMAQ and WKYC did have similar logos. WNBC had what was called a "die-cut" 4 look used for almost all of the 1980s.
