Give dog to person with fence yard. Dog not like chain, dog not happy with chain. Chain cruel. Chain inhumane. If not have fence, give dog to someone else. Hulk smash chain.
In short this dog needs a new home where he can exercise and not have to be on this cruel instrument of torture.

NO, if you have to chain a dog, you shouldn't have that dog. If you don't have a large pin or a good sized yard you have no business keeping him. That's bullcrap and cruel.
