@VideoBeerReviews I will check out your book. I love reading about health and fitness its one of my hobbies now. Very well said. Back in October, I cut out Process Foods, Aspertame, High Fructose Corn Syrup, GMO's, Sugar and Some salt and have lost 50 pounds in 6 months. Threw the pills at my doctors face and told him I don't need these anymore. I will drink about 6 beers a weekend and road cycle it off during the week. No beers for me during the week days.

I'm retired, and have found a passion of getting out and finding unique little mostly budget friendly getaways, and posting the videos on Youtube. The videos are all in HD, and the photography is pro-level.

@pinkync That's definitely part of it. I do burn a lot of calories riding, but that means I have room for some good beer at the end!
So it looks like road cycling keeps the beer belly away.

@GATORSHARK25 Cycling is my main form of exercise but I also run a little, walk and do basic strength training. I also make sure to eat high quality non-processed foods whenever possible. But one of the most important parts is that I don't consume beer in mass quantities. I usually will have a beer or two a few days a week. If you're interested you can check out the book I wrote "Beyond The Twelve-Ounce Curl" It's available on Amazon and is a great resource to help beer lovers get in shape.
