The first step to discovering personal power is becoming aware of how your mind works.

Most of us use only a fraction of our mind's potential power.

The goal of remote influencing is to help you use the full power of your mind and to connect with a higher force, the creative intelligence of life. The key to doing this lies in gaining access to the deepest levels of your mind.

Every second of your life, nerve cells in your brain generate electrical patterns that change depending on your state of mind, your thoughts and emotions. Scientists refer to these electrical frequencies as brain wave patterns. In biofeedback, brain wave patterns are categorized into four states or levels: beta, alpha, theta and delta.

As our mind quiets down, it starts to produce slower brain wave activity, such as alpha and theta. When you learn to quiet your mind, you'll enter deeper states of mind and gain access to capabilities of the mind that were formerly outside your reach.

1. Beta

Most people spend virtually all of their waking hours in this state. In beta, your mind is bombarded with never ending thoughts-non-stop mind chatter. High levels of beta are associated with stress and anxiety. Stress-related symptoms such as feelings of being overwhelmed, sleeping problems, aches and joint pains, for example, are common when people do not know how to quiet their mind.

2. Alpha

Alpha is often experienced when we are in a very relaxed state. In states of alpha, you have a much greater potential for creative breakthroughs, insights, achieving goals and super learning.

What takes years to learn in Beta, for example, can take just months in alpha.

3. Theta

When your mind slows down even more and further detaches from the external reality, you enter the theta state. It is in this state where the maximum level of learning can take place. Here, you can learn things that you never thought were possible.

When you slow your brain frequency to this state, you gain access to greater mind powers. People can experience theta when in a deeply relaxed state such as in meditation. Also, you can access this powerful state while being in nature, such as a forest or desert, for extended periods of time.

4. Delta

When your mind slows down even further, your mind enters delta, a domain that is extremely powerful. Few people are aware of this other world, so to speak, because when most people enter delta, they lose conscious awareness and fall asleep.

This powerful level of awareness is available to all but few have been able to consciously tap into it. This is the realm of shamans, mystics and sages.

  • @AllusiveAtheist You don't get it, if it's not remote influencing that's wrong, it's something else, and something else, and something else. You are just a loud mouth in life that does nothing. You need to be right while everything else needs to be wrong. Your whole world is a dreamland, and you are nothing more then a self fulfilled prophecy. You've turned into nothing more then a typical YouTube troll.

  • @AllusiveAtheist Most people that try this are trained and have many many years of experience under their belts and they teach people how to tap into the full potential of their minds by going through the deeper levels of brain wave activity, in fact this technique is thousands of years old, and they didn't have machines back then, and through scientific discovery you now can measure they were right about it. You need to grow up. You are just an asshole in your room, nothing more.

  • @AllusiveAtheist By practicing bringing your mind through these states you can be more comfortable in being in these states, and you can control these states after years of deep meditation. Like I said, you are just a closed minded person stuck in your own ego bloated dream world. You think because you're a closed minded prick and you can't do it, that nobody else can, or should? You are so full of yourself you can't even see what kind of asshole you really are. Must be why you're alone.

  • @AllusiveAtheist Who says they did? We are talking about bringing your mind to the various states to tap into the more relaxed modes within the brain wave realms. I know all about how you can monitor brain waves and with what machines. I don't need a fucking ego rant from you. They are merely saying, here are the different levels, here is the the possibilities if you want to try it. You are just being a total punk about the whole thing. You have a lot of serious growing up to do.

    cont.2 There is the slightest sliver of truth to these lofty claims. Using simple monitoring equipment and biofeedback techniques one can be better aware of their brain states and influence them. It can be effective in reducing anxiety. As far as unlocking someone's hidden potential... that is too vague to be meaningful. Biofeedback CAN be somewhat helpful for people with small problems. "Remote influencing" probably can't demonstrate more than placebo effect.

    cont. "Empowering Mind States and How To Access Them With Remote Influencing" does get right the categorical names of the frequency patterns and their correlated brain activity states. But the video also suggests that the patterns that can be measured in brain activity have some influence which extends beyond the brain that is producing the pattern. It also suggests that these patterns can be altered remotely and that by altering the patterns you increase brain potential.

    Monitoring brain activity can be monitored with Electroencephalography (EEG). Different types of brain activity do create frequency patterns. These patterns have been given the layman DESCRIPTIVE term: brain waves. It is possible, using simple eeg to modify the patterns with biofeedback techniques. The waves are essentially sine, frequency patterns on a monitor. The brain does not radiate or receive influential waves of of energy.

    Ouch. Shame on me for assuming you knew what "parallel" means. And again you blame me, my inability to understand, for your inability to present a credible representation of "remote influencing." I don't need a defense. I don't need to be right in order for for "remote influencing" to be wrong. I am not the one trying to sell a fantasy. I'm merely pointing out there is no reason given to believe the neo-mystic fantasy that is being tied to real world brain function.
