Behind the Gold

BlackwaveTV.com has a great line up of celebrity webisodes starting with Behind the Gold -a series of webisodes that follows the life of President/CEO of Icon Management Inc., Kimberly N. Holland, and the lives of thirteen Track and Field champions and Olympic Medalists she works with. Holland, with only five years of experience behind her, had her daily activities of managing her athletes showcased for the audience. The other part of the series follows the lives of the Athletes coming from diverse backgrounds, with a variety of wins and personalities. As one of the few African American female Sports Agents in a male dominated profession, Holland shows the viewers the reality behind getting the gold. Each of the well-renowned athletes including Bolota Asmerom, Me'Lisa Barber, Mikele Barber, Shawn Crawford, Lashawn Merritt, Keith Moffatt, William "Obea" Moore, Ajoke Odumosu, Angelo Taylor, Terrence Trammell, Bernard Williams, Tiffany Williams and Tyree Washington experience the ups and downs of working with one another and against one another while attempting to qualify for the 2008 Beijing, China Olympic Games. Behind the Gold is a thirteen episode series taped in the locations of each athlete's training camp as well as wherever Kimberly N. Holland may go.
