I think you already know but Im just gonna say that theres no way 370 is your PR if you did it after maxing out Ha,Ha,Ha, you def had a 380+ in ya and Im sure you couldve gotten 415 if you tried cuz you did 390 as a warm up???that had to take some energy outa you . Great stuff I must say !

What do you use for a strength program? 5/3/1, ed coan, westiside etc...

@BRETZERR Nice work Randy!!! Strong as hell. Do you take any supplements?

U have came a LONG way sence ur first vid! I was wondering, Does Incline bench help your regular bench ? Also does it help make ur shoulders bigger?
-
@BRETZERR cool. so in a sense you do a little bit of instinctive training but with powerlifting rep schemas?
I thought I commented on this? I guess not lol. Great job Randy! Congrats on the PR's bro!

Thanks Mark. The bench has felt great lately...nice to finally make some ground on it. I was most happy with the 370 lb incline. Hopefully I can get to 440 lbs on the flat bench and 400 lbs on the incline. I would love to hit 4 plates on the incline one day...that would be crazy for me.

How did the Ed Coan Bench routine go? Did your bench go up significantly?

It went well and I did get stronger from it...but I wasn't able to complete it. But I still use the flat, CG, incline format every few workouts. We'll see in a few months where I am at then...
