raw food fast food and raw food salad bar, are these good for a teenager who wants to be a raw foodie, and who wants to lose the weight to make her body healthy and take charge of her life again, but who cant's afford all of the expensive equpimeny that seems to come with it? such as a dehydrator, a processor, a powerful blender, ect ect?

Yeah, that is the idea behind it. Keep it simple, minimal ingredients, little to no equipment.
