A visual interpretation of Stravinskys 2-piano concerto written in 1935. Using only layers of footage to create all the graphic elements on the screen, the film turns into a rhythmic sketchbook in motion, constantly alternating between the graphic/abstract and the 'real'.
Commissioned by KML Recordings as a part of a CD/DVD compilation dedicated to Igor Stravinsky and Claude Debussy (KML 1112/1113 ©2007).

This Stravinsky work has been a favorite of mine for many years. I am sure the people who know me are tired of it. Though i never do. You have done a magnificent job of creating visual music out of this piece.

I love this piece, and your visuals blend quite well with it. Thanks for posting it.

It underscores the intensity of the music. Even Stravinsky's "mellow" pieces are actually pretty intense.

You've done excellent work with the visuals --- artistic, and very fitting. Your video was my first exposure to this piece, and I fell in love with it instantly. A friend and I will perform it this winter in recital! What an incrediable piece of music. And it seems to be - unfortunately - quite obscure. Or perhaps I've just been out of the loop.....
