after i put the alt 0160 code in it works but does not disappear completely it just shows a little white rectangle like when you highlight it, but all the time.

depends, if you have a smaller notebook (netbook) like the acer aspire, u might not have it. other wise just look on your keys. if your U key or Y key have numbers on them, then you can do this.
