You really should have reported this when you saw it in 2007 ..because it didn't stop these bastards putting the net down again in 2008..this time is was reported when seen by a caring angler and the culprits were caught ..

Okay, so Putting a "Bear trap" is not a wiser resolution. Think about it though, what if you stepped on a bear trap while illegally netting fish? It is jsut a broken leg and a hard lesson. Much better than our "Justice" BS system will do to the person/s.

@lostdreams2134 And putting a bear trap to catch humans is legal?Anti hunters & fishers are not the ones calling poaching hotlines.It is those of us who do hunt & fish reporting illegal activities in the woods & streams b/c it reflect badly on us to have such criminals out in the open with us.Double dealers @ deer camp or card carrying PETA members get looked at sideways but if someone admits to poaching,he gets run out of town,where I live.

I would have put a fucking bear trap in the water, for when the owner's come and retrieve it. Honestly should have cut it, I do not respect any person who performs illegal activities on our fish and fisheries. ( river's & streams )
