Once you find the person to marry, then you notify your parents. Sometimes, there is drama involved, sometimes there isn't. This video is about all the back and forth negotiations one goes through when dealing with their parents about marriage. Its usually an issue when the parents and their kids have completely different views of marriage. I think many young people who are going through the process can totally relate to this video.

they really changed me alhumdolilah and i even started wearing the hijab!

He is right parents nw want their children to marry in family nd they dnt look at how religious he is, aslong as he is in the family nothing matters as children want to choose. It's hard when culture clashes in with Islam

@CharmingCheese I am a muslim and don't really know much about the subject so I'll try to use logic. People who are gay have no choice whether they are gay or not, it is up to Allah. I would find it silly for him to make it execution of someone for something they have no control over law. That would be my answer.

I'm all alone. There is no one I can think of off the top of my head that reads quran, and I can talk to about certain topics in Islam. Everyone is trying to get me to date! Salaam. Baba Ali you are so right!!!!! Parents, don't make the halal hard when shaitaan makes the haraam easy. I followed your advice baba Ali, since dating is not allowed in islam, many of us feel that need to get married young.

Bro, or sis, make efforts. Try to talk to your parents, if you want to get married. My mom was very happy when I told her! Make du'a for me and the youth who are in the same situation JazakAllahu khairan :)
