The Magpul Original Equipment Grip (MOE) is a cost-effective drop-in replacement for the standard pistol grip on AR15/M16 rifles. Designed with improved ergonomics and an anti-slip texture, the MOE Grip accepts standard Magpul MIAD storage cores, and is compatible with the Magpul Enhanced Aluminum Trigger Guard. Will not work with AR10 / SR25 style rifles without modification. MOE Grip includes a basic core plug and installation hardware.FEATURES
Hand-filling beavertail and positive anti-slip texture
One-piece construction sized the same as a MIAD grip with the A1 style (F1) front-strap and medium (B2) back-strap
Basic storage core cap is replaceable with standard MIAD cores

@xnickbox In the event that you haven't yet discovered Loctite® threadlocker products, they are consumer products commonly sold at auto parts stores. Loctite comes in two basic varieties - blue (242) and red (271). Blue disassembles with basic hand tools, while red can only be disassembled by first applying heat and then by hand tools.

Loctite is applied from a small tube and for most gun parts a drop or two on CLEAN small screw threads before assembly is all that is necessary.
