Counter Protest Against Westboro Baptist Church - Heritage High School

A music vid I made with footage from the Heritage High School Counter Protest of the Westboro Baptist Church, June 1, 2010. The shots are shaky, but after holding both a rather large sign and a camera over the heads of multiple people for a while, you get a little tired. It was an awesome protest on a rainy Vancouver day, with about 300 counter protesters there to oppose the 7 or so Westboro cultists. They tucked tail and left in under an hour. Good day...

Apparently the staff and the overall policies of the school are more lenient to homosexual lifestyle than what's comfortable for the cult, though I can't remember one window of time in which the cult has been comfortable with anything really. I could care less why they picketed Heritage to be honest - what's important is that counter protesters are responding all across the country to the Cult's messages of hate - wherever WBC is, there will be counters there waiting.
