hi there! i'm having problems with downloading my pdf's on my device. so like i entered on the shared books, then the name of my computer pops out, then it goes "searching" for an infinite time. i'm stuck on that step. i've been trying to repeat the steps again and again but still the same. could you help me with this?

Well, I've not heard or come across this problem myself so I don't really know how to solve it. Have you tried re-installing the desktop app. and are you sure that the iPod/iPhone and the computer are connected to the same wifi network?
