He's going to be a great player throughout his career. His size and good mixture of strength and speed reminds me of Lindros, sort of. I wonder when he'll be coming up for the flyers...

You know people say we could have won the Cup with Kane (Blackcocks got the 1st pick), but you know something...
I truly think that JVR will be worth more than Kane 5-10 years from now. He's going to turn into a super star and we saw a lot of that in the playoffs this year.
If there was one thing I was happy with the Flyers this year, it was seeing how well their younger players started playing towards the end of the year.

He did so good in the 2011 playoffs, leading the league in goals until the Flyers got eliminated in the second round.

I would have to disagree. Look at the elite forwards in the show today:Malkin,Ovechkin,Nash, Thorton. There all big, strong, and can skate, like JVR. Now look at Briere, Drury, Gomez,ect. get pushed around when they are anywhere below the dots on the offensive and defensive ends. What Turris weigh?170?...
