  • Getting in touch with your feelings and fears is hog wash. There's an ebook called Public Speaking in Comfort that works great without steps or any sort of analysis. You have to actually try it to believe it but it it has a 2 week satisfaction guarantee. It really works!

  • An interesting viewpoint. However, I suggest that not facing fear and truly understanding what it is you are tackling will not allow you to really master any ability.

I'd be interested in your response.

    Regards,

    Ollie Lind

    Nice job

  • Thanks for talking about the joy of public speaking and relating it the way you did to something euphoric. That's something that is never done.

  • Fear of public speaking is an aversion to the stress and subsequent anxiety caused by speaking to an audience. That's what it is for the vast majority of us. Fear of public speaking is actually a natural fear (most fears aren't) and the human mind has a natural way to deal with it. You don't need to analyze it further than that. The book is based on the mechanism that we ALL have, for dealing with that one kind of stress which is the SOLE cause of the fear.
