hey i have trust slimeline design tablet and it has a very small screen and its not lcd but can some1 tell me how to change my tablet to lcd??

The lag is probably down to your pc/video card. Have you tried it on different machines?

Can you post an online manual for this please? 'Cause I don't want to mess with the innards of a tablet or monitor without first knowing what I'm doing.

Are you using an actual Wacom tablet for the innards? That looks like a lot more lag than what I've ever seen on a Wacom, but I've also only ever used the tablet off to the side so maybe without the direct interface I don't notice the lag so much.
