The railways of Thailand is a world in itself. Far from the polution and the crazy world of speedy people, the train will show you a glipse of good old days. Many stations are made of teak wood, and are in original condition, they are well kept with beautiful flowers and trees.
The sleeping coaches are quite confortable but my favorite place in the train is the restaurant car that is non air conditionned. What a good time it is to travel in a guenuine vintage train crossing the country at a speed that allows you to watch a lot of details of the landscape, nature, and Thaï way of life.
