http://www.boomeralley.com "Marc wonders whether he's got a collection or just clutter."
Another Boomer Alley "attitude served daily" entertainment video featuring Marc Sotkin, award winning Lead Writer and Executive Producer for television hits "Golden Girls" and "Laverne and Shirley".
It's very unfortunate that our consumer driven economy promotes collecting crap and accumulating clutter. It's time for a culture shift.

Wow. This guy has a point. Okay, I'll find new homes for my toy raccoons, but there's no way in hell I'm letting go of my Star Wars stuff.

I loved the video. = D It's a great reminder to look at the things around us and decide of we really love them. I did that several months ago right before I moved overseas. I was able to empty and donate and/or sell the contents of 20+ large plastic storage bins.

I so lol on this. Especially at the beanie babies bit. You know what is funny is all those people who drive around with stuffed animals in the back windshield of their car. If you get in a wreck those puppies will flying all over the place.

I was just eyeing our Disney VHS collection this past weekend and thinking it was time to get rid of them, not to mention all the betamax tapes I still have.
