Brian, I wanted to thank you for all of your help. I'm 27 and earlier this year I never smoked a cigar in my entire life, but always wanted to try one. From watching this video and many others, I was able to make my first cigar an enjoyable experience. I have now bought a 32 cigar sampler pack and a humidor, purchases I feel very good about thanks to your opinions and advice. I'm now proud to call myself a cigar smoker, it's become a very pleasurable pass time I hope to enjoy for years to come.

You wont get tar in your lungs either; your saliver actually is a self clensing system aswell; this means chance of cancer dramaticly goes down and you still get a rush for a 3 hour long engoyable fag ;)

@cigarobsession really? ok, i smoked my first cigar yesterday, didnt really feel a rush but that may be due to my excessive use of snus :D

Apart from the park avenue have you found a good flavourful Gurkha cigar yet.

@wilzcu It is still easily absorbed through the mouth tissues and saliva.

I can't bring my humidity in my humidor down... I bought some Xikar gel crystals and my humidity is a steady 74-75%... Any tips on how to bring it down
Thanks

@jtstookz Gel and other one way passive systems never absorb humidity, the only way to bring it down is to use a good two way system such as Heartfelt Beads or to a lesser extent Humidipaks.

how would you flick the ashes on a cigar please respond im kinda a rookie

@gabeman121 If you feel it's getting too long and might drop off soon, you simply tap the cigar gently with your finger over an ashtray. If it's not ready and doesn't drop off there's nothing more you need to do.
