The fish gets pretty big. The short answer is yes. But long term they need 125 or better.

over a week ago i buy 3x Astronotus ocellatus a they are still scared what can solve this? (they many hideouts in aq.) pls help

@dandiki Try adding some larger schooling fish. This will help the Oscar to relax. It's normal for new fish to be reclusive. Oscars generally like to lay on the bottom in a group.
