it all depends on skill level...i have seen scrin just destroy people, but i have seen gdi and nod also defeat the other 2 factions as well .... the factions are only as over powered as your skill

I think you will be play this game with max options settings... Game running on modified engine from Battle for Middle-Earth 2.
