  • where is this? I saw snow

  • Ahh but you need this to exercise and watch curblys =p

  • yah thought about this too

    do 1 hour every morning

and i just put my laptop besides me on a table or chair

bc if it was infront of me, i wouldnt be able to look at my hometrainer monitor

and i gotta tell u; after 20 minutes u start sweating

unless u want ur laptop to crash bc u got a glass of sweat seeping thru the keyboard, i sincerely advice against the laptop at such a oroximity of such a sweaty breathing slippery human. unless ofcourse u like ti have dripping wet fingertips on ur keys

  • you put your macpro on that???

  • Since nowhere besides the video does the uploader detail the parts required, I copied them down, for myself and others. Materials --------- square tube 1/16" thick 3/4" x 48" aluminum Angle 1/8" thick 3/4" x 48" aluminum Flat 1/8" thick 1" x 48" aluminum Conduit hanger #2 (width of handlebars) Not detailed --------- Size and quantity of nuts, bolts, screws Will need --------- Power drill hacksaw or equivalent
  • I see a lot of comments claiming that if one is using a laptop while exercising, one is not exercising.

Are these people claiming that the use of a laptop allows one's muscles to violate the conservation of energy?

  • @tapp3r

How true. For some reason people think that a big seat is more comfortable. It is for about 10 min then itchy.

    Try a Spin Desk

  • Try a Spin Desk. It is a exercise bike with a laptop holder. Puts your arms in a resting position to allow fingers to reach keyboard.

    Please visit spindesk com

You can get one that mounts to your bike for use in a trainer.

I have one and it is great!

  • Can you do a video on how to make a laptop mount for a treadmill?

  • it's so cute!
