  • One food, or should I say SUPER food, that is rarely mentioned, is hemp foods; ie seeds, hemp nut, hemp oil, etc. I contains the highest protein content of any plant foods except soybean (mostly GMO) but hemp protein is more easily assimilated by the body. Hemp also contains Omegas 3, 6 & 9 plus many other healthy vitamins and minerals. Dont take my word for it, research it for yourself...PLEASE.

  • my favorite snack is a slice of sprouted grain bread, toasted, with a smearing of natural peanutbutter (no added sugar) and fruit preserves with fruit juice, not refined sugar.
