KPLR was great in this era, and a little later. By 1981, they were showing a lot more movies in addition to "Super Sunday." A movie in prime time from 7 to 9, then three movies overnight from midnight to 6 a.m. I was but a youngster then, but got introduced to so many cinema classics of the 1960s and 1970s via KPLR. I remember being 8 years old and staying up until 2 am to watch Harold and Maude because I thought it was going to be a "sexy" movie!
best Sundays :) QC

What a wonderful time capsule of St. Louis TV history! Suddenly I'm 7 years old all over again!
