totally fair, if people come to challenge and jumps into you it is totally a foul. As Wade says some people like himself train for this type of contact shots.

I agree, some rules are so stringent that it completely takes away from referee's use of common sense.It is now part of the games tactics to intentionally get fouled. If you jumped into a football players leg after you fake him in football(soccer) the referee would penalize you....oh well at least they allow travels in NBA XD.

I think a lot people who try this dont realize that you have to have a jumper to do it. No one is going to bite if you dont have a shot, and when you pump fake, you look like a fool.
