@duckfandango Check. Got it. Which begs the obvious question; why do the smaller King Airs have a fuselage-mounted stabilizer?
-
@azimuth361 : The 100s didn't have a T tail either
-
Hey, why do all the King Air's have a t-tail and the 90 has a fuselage mounted stabilizer? Just wondering.

@RobertGary1 I did actually get about 17 hours in a simulator, not much but it helped.
-
@biggestMetallicAfan You didn't at least get some simulator time first, or a weekend at Flight Safety?
-
@dh05z28 correct.
I saw that the other day when i finally got a chance to fly a King Air from Wendover NV, to U42 in Salt Lake. My first time flying the King Air.

Hey moss, they are probably alternating starts to keep the wear and tear down on the engines, keeps the overhaul costs down too. Also I've had a Simuflite instructor tell me it doesn't make any difference where the battery is, a starts a start.
-
Why'd they start the left first, battery is in the right wing?!
