GM CZL's lao jia chen tai chi is more authentic than his distance cousin, CXW! CZL probably was much closer to his first uncle, Chen Zhaopei and got more indepth teaching in Lao Jia system. I think CXW re-learnt some of his Lao Jia system form GM CZL later when more westerner asked CXW to teach Lao Jia. CXW used to only teach Xin Jia and his made up 38 forms. Lao Jia is the way to go!

i bought this DVD when I was in Taiwan, well worth the purchase! You can get it online too. Its got lao jia yi lu and er lu (pao chui) with some demos on it too.

But IMHO that´s the best way for practicing the relaxation, the body connectivity and the fajing in one time.
If you are doing that 3 points well, you can start to practice faster.

When I saw CZL do this in 1999 in Handan, China at his first international training course, he did it MUCH faster than this. It is obvious that this video is for teaching purposes to show clear requirements. Since then, I have always found CZL to be an outstanding teacher. For me this brings back great memories. Thanks for posting.
