This is my favorite song on the album. I used to sing this song with my brother all the time when I was younger. I guess it was the combination of the Hawkins Brothers and Maurice White (who I absolutely L-O-V-E).

GREAT AND POWERFUL SONG, SUNG BY 2 GREAT MUSICAL LEGENDS! THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SONG! THE WORDS TO THE SONG ARE TIMELESS AND TRUE! I'VE GOT TO HEAR THIS AGAIN! ( i actually forgot i had this album in my closet for 25 years ) I will dust it off now because it brings back lots of wonderful memories during the 80's when it was first released, I played it all the time!!!

The Hawkins Family did a concert in the 80's with Earth, Wind and Fire as their backup musicians. I am trying to find that album. It is out there. And, it is awesome!

Hey Love4Sure, I'm woodpaq from a while ago, I lost my account, but we gotta compare collections sometime. I have that "Live at the Bitter End" record as well from 1974, that was some record, and how "forward" it was for the time is amazing. I think this was during the time when he wasn't going to church, but I'm not being funny, just was a little "rebellious" in delivery lol. Blessings. R.I.P. greatest alto tenor my ears ever did hear.
