  • Irinas legs are impossibly long...I couldn't imagine seeing an artistic gymnast doing the split at 1:43 on the beam, it would be the strangest thing to see lol.

  • I know this is late, but Gymnastics is this broad topic. Like The definition of gymnastics itself is:"Gymnastics is a sport involving performance of exercises requiring physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance and grace."So while artistic gymnastics involves the strength part in tumbling more, rhythmic deals more with the flexibility. Gymnastics itself is not the flips and turns. Many people think gymnastics is all about tumbling, but it's not.

  • @thehappycampercows This is a video on RHYTHMIC gymnastics. Artistic gymnastics is hard, but rhythmics is too. We have 6 events. Good for you that you are a level 10, congratulations. But your comment on artistic gymnastics is irrelevant here. And we also have to work our whole body.

  • 2:32 OVER SPLIT

  • @MelodiaSeira what is acro about?? cuz artistic is more strength, rg is more flexible....lol! :D

  • What Program do you use to make this montage i want to make one but not sure how to

  • Respond to this video...if you don't take your time and stretch everyday you will. gaining this type of flexibility takes a lot of time and effort. as long as you stretch every day (and take your time) your muscles will be fine.

  • aren't you gona break your legs or pull a muscle doing dat

  • @TiffanyMarmalade No it is not. There is a contortionist in her 70's . You can start contortion at any age
