@anjali15664 he just followed once a day, 1 hour pranayam everyday.. focusing more on kapalbharati and anulomvilom as suggested in video.. also those medicines that has been suggested in this video and avoided things he asked to. u have stop worrying and start doing.. its really a stupid desases .. it took few months for him to get it out..good luck.. u ll be cured too just keep faith and never stop doing pranayam, few people want result in 1 month well its not magic, ull be cured 100%
