  • Why not try one SS rod(positive) and one Carbon Rod(Negative) and see how much more H you get.

  • This is a single cell. Therefore, if you are putting more than about 2 volts across the carbon rods, you are generating waste heat, which causes the same amount of HHO to simply expand to a large volume per PV=nRT law. Also, you are likely generating water vapor from this additional waste heat which is making up a good amount of your visualized production. To get efficient production at 12v, you need a multicell design like Sid Youngs brick design.

  • hey are u using a pulse generator or a specific wave to make it more efficient or just straight electricity

  • use graphite (known as pencil lead) and it does produce with little scum. Ironic that carbon may be our saving grace.

  • I used graphite (pencil lead) and baking soda. It worked ok but the electrodes made graphite sand at the bottom. There was no weird discolored scum and the experiment ran for over three days. Well water + baking soda + 12 Volts

  • I thought of trying Carbon, I would have thought they would hold thier matter though. do they continue to decay? or is it just droping off loose material?

  • did the carbon rods heat up a lot? was the temperature stable?
