(it's a glitche, hapenned to me but not sure to you) In the last mission, fly upside than 30.000 Feet with Falken, when Grabacr and Ofnir speaks, down at the altitude to be in front of the big square, after them show the squadron, look by upside the Falken, turn, if the black change, is a shadow, if it keep immobile (My case), you got the Atmosphere-Flamed Falken Paint-Job (Temporally) (you cannot choose these later because it not exist), got it? good!

@RICHARD8bit use the f-22 a lot and get more experience using it. they show how much exp you get after the mission. its that little bar that fills up. and also the harder the mode the more exp you get. so do ace mode to get more exp

how will you know when you've gotten it? is it like in ACZero where it says "New Aircraft Available for purchase" after debriefing or do you have to constantly check after each mission?
