I recomend going to Vienna Bike Shop not Parkersburg Bike shop if your going to buy local. I honestly wouldnt really know what to tell you to buy in that price range, probably not much but Ben the owner at Vienna bike shop would be able to help you more.

I love Mountwood Park Trails. I just did, Tecumseh, and Lake Trail today and a few days ago I did Walter Tait, to mansion trail to hunters roost to power line and back down Walter Taitt. I rated you 5 stars.
