@djypsydjazz All the baker electrics I have seen did not have a round steering wheel but more like a steering rod or tiller........unless they changed them on later models
very steady camera work. It doesn't seem as though the camera is connected to this car but maybe a car not very far ahead of it maintaining a steady speed.

this is not 1910. Roads back then were not that clear...this is still mainly a horse/buggy era.
