i train in both muay thai and brazilian jiu jitsu. muay thai is the BEST STAND UP style, but if you get taken down jiu jistu will dominate since strikes are nullified. you need to train both.

I agree with you there, most guys on the street always rush in at you and hold you, with thai you elbow or knee him till he shit his pants.

Sanchae is his name. Kaicho is a honorific title for martial arts gym bosses.
