I it would be great if ur able to help me out with my problem.I own a 13inch MacBook Late 2009 model.It looks like my display is has screwed up..I have gotta patch right across my bottom right down part of the screen.. Its 1 n half year old n the warranty has expired..Apple is giving a bill of 30,000 India Rupees..Its quite expensive..Please suggest me on this issue..Looking forward for ur reply:)

getting mine this week...i'm so excited!!!!it will be my first mac...i've been waiting for this since months now!!!!!!i'm super excited...can't wait to have this in my hands..and do my unboxing...i've seen it so many times on youtube...in a few days it will be my turn!!!

but i have a question...its been a few months that you have a mac and does it function well?..did you get any problem with it so far??some people say this model gets yellow after sometimes ..it is true?

@lilise35 my mac has worked great, not a problem and hope thats the way itll roll.

quick tip, it took me a while to fine things out. from me going from pc to mac. programs on pc are called applications on mac, took me a while to fine this out, and programs/apps are not in .exe format theirs is .dmg

Do you think it's still worth getting this over the 13" base pro model? They're my current options for the next mac.

@michaeljcoulter well if you want it to have 4gb ram, 250gb HD, then yes i would get the pro cuz its $50 more, to gain the sd slot, and back lit keyboard and a 3hr longer battery life. but if you want it to have 4gb ram, 320gb HD, then no the $280 more is not worth it. so its up to you if you only want 250gb hard drive, then get the pro but if you want the 320gb hard drive its not worth getting the black lit keyboard and sd slot, and 3hr more battery.
