the a330 fly shorter distances than the a340 and yet the a340 that goes to london doesnt have PTV! not fair. btw do you have to pay to use the PTV?

@kaching555 Because the plane you ride before had re-assign for Tokyo or Seoul to KL route. AirAsia thinks that 5 hrs flight was quite short for passengers to order IFE services. Therefore the demand was low and still AirAsia charge passengers each RM 15 to 30 for using PTV.

@Chris58851 as in the IFE. Becuz i went to Hangzhou on the new one, and there was no IFE, u have to buy for RM 30 or something.
