His steering input is so aggressive but he's so quick! For me, best driver of all time. McRae- Senna in my opinion. Different disciplines I know but still.

It's called a wastegate not a blow off valve

@Wast3m Pawel is correct. Specifically, that's the BOV, or "blowoff valve," which is part of the turbochargher. It prevents compressor surge.
