This video offers viewers an experience of a real unrehearsed body psychotherapy session with Ellen Gayda, founder of BodyWord®. Viewers see client arrive at insight, healing and integration through a cognitive, emotional and physical awakening that is part of the BodyWord® process. Ellen Gayda, draws on her belief in the power of language to be an experience rather than an abstraction of speech that enlivens the client and helps her become more fully embodied.

how does 'the therapy' differs from external trance induction by Milton Ericson?

MaryJane, it is very touching to me that you remember so well who I am, what i do , why I do it and how I do my BodyWord process. peace

Ellen and I worked on the grounds of the Daylesford Abbey 19 years ago. Her desire to help others be free from body trauma was present then and continues.
This is a soft and gentle presentation of the freedom one feels after releasing emotional pain.
Beautifully done, Ellen Gayda
