@MrShysterme Amen. A really great singer here in Turkey died of lung cancer. There was a tribute concert in an outdoor theatre. People didn't seem to see the irony of the hundreds of cigarettes lighting up all around as they played the opening of his best-known piece. :/

jeez....can you fully comprehend what he was doing to pop music at the time? I couldn't. There's a bit bullshit rock star/label shit going on here, but at the fondation Chris was doing what HE wanted and pulling us onto his (brilliant) idea of pop. Bloody genius. I, like many, think he's over looked genius, but it's not entirely true. Chris shared alot and on exactly his terms. We listened, on his terms, and are better for it. I suspect that is just fine by him.
