im a beginner so i did this for 30 minutes and got so tired could feel my legs, i will do this every day and hopefully finish the video one day :), need to get in shape for summer ;D

@Plommonsyltful To build muscles you will need a bit more than this...But this will help you to get your body look fit, toned and sexy ;) I recommend you to start with this to get a nice shape and later to do something more difficult if you wanna increase your muscle mass...check out my work-out Playlist
