You think being a jerk to your players is going to inspire them to play tougher? That's not how it works. Its easy to yell and strike your players, but actually teaching them is much harder. That's the mark of a true leader.

That was at least a good beginning. I think over time, if Matt agrees, he and coach can make amends. But it is clear that coach has not fully taken responsibility for his role in what happened. The camera does not lie. It is what it is. Own up to it and move on. You were wrong. You pushed the kid and shoved him with your foot. Get counseling for your anger issues.
